In regards to payments and fees, we have 1 admin charge of $16.50 payable during move in – the rest is your rent only!
In the circumstance that your paymet is late, there is a $10 charge per instance so we recommend setting up direct debits. We are very fair in terms of excusing payment errors for public holidays and payroll issues but reoccuring arrears are penalised.
We only charge you for the time you spend at StorMart.
Our accounts team will calculate your rent during your vacate and return the balance to you so you don’t need to worry about loosing your money, or vacating those few days early!
We offer full transparency for our customers and use the Standard Storage Agreement as supplied by the Self Storage Association of Australasia.
Some Storage facilities may have altered Storage Agreement to protect only themselves and put the storer at a disadvantage but this Agreement covers all parties comprehensively.
Theses terms and conditions insure the safety of our storers, staff and suppliers and are also aligned with fire safety regulations and looked over by law-makers so you can have peace of mind that everything is covered.
